What we collect

• Your email, to log you in to your space (one-time code), send you your city's link and information about your subscription.
• Your username and, if you link Discord, your Discord ID, name and avatar, to log you in with Discord.
• Whether or not you choose to receive our news by email (off by default).
• The sentence and answers that describe your city, to generate it.
• The owner's FiveM identifier (after the /proprio command in game), to give them admin rights.
• The IP address of requests, to limit abuse (a few minutes to a few hours, in memory).
• Payment information is processed by Stripe; we never see your card.
• Anonymous website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics): pages viewed, country, device type. No cookies, no identifier that follows you from one site to another.
• Daily counters of our funnel (previews, city sheets, payments), with no personal data at all.
• If you arrive through a referral link, a cookie keeps its code for 30 days, only to credit the referrer if you order a city. The referrer sees neither your email nor your city, only the number of cities opened with their link.
• If your city sheet is ready but not ordered, at most two reminder emails: the next day, then a few days later.

Who we share it with

• Vercel (website hosting), Hetzner (game servers), Stripe (payment), Resend (sending emails), Supabase (waiting list), Discord (login, only if you choose it), Cloudflare (domain name).
• Anthropic, which generates the city from your sentence: only the description of the city is sent to it, not your email.

Some of these providers are located outside Switzerland and the European Union, in particular in the United States; they are contractually committed to protecting this data.

How long

For as long as your city exists, then 30 days after the end of the subscription. A free city sheet that is never ordered is deleted after 12 months. Billing data is kept by Stripe in line with legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, if you live in the European Union, the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, objection. You can edit your profile and delete your account yourself from My account, or write to contact@jamescornu.com, with a reply within 30 days.
